WOLL Jewelry Care

It is good to clean your acrylic jewelry because debris, lotion, hair products and oils from the skin can collect on the surfaces and appear greasy or dirty.

Use a spare toothbrush with warm water and a little bit of soap to clean and then dry thoroughly and layout on a paper towel.

DO NOT use any chemicals, alcohol, acetone etc. They can damage the acrylic.

Repairs, Returns and Exchanges

We stand by our products and are happy to help in the event that a piece needs to be repaired or replaced. We just ask that you contact us by email first at info@wolljewelry.com and include a picture of the item for repair.

Typically, we do not charge for repairs but the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

We are a small business and everything is made-to-order for you so we cannot accept returns due to change-of-mind. However, if you would like to exchange your item for something of equal or greater value within 14 days of receipt, we are happy to help. In this case the buyer is responsible for shipping.

Please email before sending anything to our studio. Always pack in a box with padding, never in an envelope or padded mailer.

Thank you!
